Parents and community members, welcome to False Creek Elementary School website.
Our school is a public school in the City of Vancouver. The philosophy and
objectives are consistent with those of the Ministry of Education, and
the Vancouver School Board. We attempt to provide an
education to meet the needs of all the children in our community.
We stress the basic curriculum as well as the development programs for social skills,
and emotional stability. Fine arts, sports, and technology are also an integral part of our
curriculum.
We believe all children are special, all teachers are special, and all education is special.
Parents are involved in regular PAC meetings, the safe
arrival program, family events and activities, the School Planning
Council, classroom and field trip assistance. Building positive
relationships and cooperation among everyone in a school community is
valued.
